JOB SCOPE

Drafting Sale and Purchase Agreements and Loan documentation for sub sale transactions.
Overseeing and managing sub sale transactions from inception to completion.
Undertaking other conveyancing duties delegated by the firm.
Reviewing legal documents and preparing status reports.
Additional Highlight: Our firm will be relocating to Publika On or before 1st July 2026, offering a vibrant and convenient working environment.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

Fresh graduates or candidates with or without experience are encouraged to apply, as comprehensive training and guidance will be provided to ensure you gain the knowledge and skills needed to excel in conveyancing
Holds a Bachelor Degree in Law (LLB) and/or is a member of the Malaysian Bar
Proficient in written and spoken English and Bahasa Melayu; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage
Able to diligently monitor file progress to ensure timely and accurate completion of tasks
Possesses a strong work ethic with a positive and responsible attitude
Capable of multitasking, working well under pressure, and demonstrating effective time management skills
Immediate availability is preferred
